I am licensed in 2 states, Florida and North Carolina. In Florida, I typically work around the Venice, Englewood, Sarasota, Nokomis, North Port, North Venice, and Osprey areas.

I’m experienced in working with both sellers and buyers (including first-time buyers!) for relocation, residential purchases, investment properties, and luxury properties. Certified in Short Sales and Foreclosure. I have excellent skills in negotiating on behalf of your best interests.

On a personal note, I’m a former history professor and a proud mom to 2 kids. In my free time, I love to be at the beach, play pickleball, travel, and spend time with my family and friends.
